Patricia is a native of Thailand who has resided in Maryland for over 20 years. She plays a hands-on role and shares the passion for the family business interest and experience related to their focus on general, and native Thailand organic materials business of antique furniture restoration and repair here in the United States.

Patricia’s bright and energetic spirit is contagious. She was selected as part of our initial small and micro business training for Pop-up and SUV events – International Cultural Exchange. She also has an unwavering dedication to her cooking, specifically regarding her delicate mix of traditional Thai sauces, spices, and creative blending of healthy native ingredients with other cultural cuisines. “She prepares every meal with love.”

Patricia’s love for healthy food cooking with a native Thai-theme twistand her love of the kitchen environment are only equaled by her love for her workout, fitness routines, and regiments. She is a major workout & fitness enthusiast. And owns property in her native Thailand and in Kensington, Maryland.

Food catering, health and wellness, and hospitality training is a very comfortable space for Patricia based on her experience and operational knowledge of the hospitality industry where she worked for some of the high-end hotels in Thailand. She has successfully run a boutique catering business for 10-plus years in the District, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Her experience and culinary expertise will buttress our in-community Pop-up Garden-to-Table Training Initiatives. She will also spearhead the development of our Health, Wellness, and Fitness in-community initiatives. And help to establish our inaugural international exchange garden-to-table initiatives for our Pop-up and SUV in-community training model.
