Capital Construction Group, LLC (CCG) established in 2005, is a Washington, DC-based small to medium sized construction, design-build and construction management company established in 2005. They will serve as the lead partner for the development of group of this prototype development project. Leveraging more than 40 years of construction experience to lead CCG’s Team in providing executive and production oversight of the project. CCG is under the leadership of Reginald Herndon, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Principal-in-charge of construction on our real estate development efforts.
Reginald will ensure the investment of CCG’s staff to provide the project with the construction technical expertise necessary to ensure service that is cohesive and efficient. The project will rely on CCG’s full-service construction management expertise that integrates projects from scope of work development through the Operation and Maintenance phase to ensure the project reaches its full life cycle. This expertise will be critical as we move to complete the Coastal Communities Initiatives': Nerve Center" site in Huntersville, North Carolina
CCG will leverage more than 40 years of construction experience to ensure the best value pricing through comprehensive and cost effective estimates that implement lessons learned. This practice has proved to minimize risk to our clients and will enable CCG to proactively resolve field matters.
CCG extensive experience in Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will provide the team with the oversight of Task Order items required to execute the proposed phased construction. CCG has more than 10 years of experience in this area delivering successful projects for similar projects including renovated or constructed of approximately one million square feet of DC Government space, and projects include office spaces, schools, municipal buildings, park & recreation, play surfaces, etc.
CCG ability and pass experience in self-performing miscellaneous concrete and masonry; walls; flooring and painting which expedites the schedule and strengthens quality control is considered critical to our overall development concept.
