Your Community - Your Home Court!

Please join us in celebrating this initial website rollout, and notice-to-proceed. Our upcoming official full and dedicated website rollout, and the initial execution of one of six Space 6 Studios Real Estate development efforts (Studio No. 1) is scheduled for early October 2025.

We extend this invitation to international stakeholders, universities, academic and research specialists, professionals, small and large business corporations, entrepreneurs, community-specific local communities, and local governmental and quasi-governmental stakeholders.
In addition to this introductory website rollout, we will dedicate a special overview of the official announcement of our Notice-to-Proceed to the pre-development analysis phase of the two-plus-acre site in Huntersville, North Carolina.

This site is owned and controlled by one of our Development Partners. We are entering into negotiations to convert a portion of this site for us to develop as our “Nerve Center” for advanced research, planning, design, and training. This will support our agricultural farm, as well as our urban, vertical, and year-round agricultural gardening training farm, boot camp, and advanced research in the practical application of low-cost, easy-to-apply sustainable technologies integrated with high-end, state-of-the-art technologies. It will also accommodate training, event domes, and residence villas. It will ensure that our real estate development studio projects are well-researched, planned, designed, and constructed to be sustainable and environmentally friendly during public emergencies, disasters, and climate change events.

It will also serve as a proving ground for the practical application, display, and usage of our architectural and natural environment – public spaces initiatives, which will support our new thinking for the real estate development of our Sustainable Urban Villages (SUVs) in coastal and adjacent communities - worldwide. This site development will inform and support our overall real estate development efforts, which is the focus of our six studios – “Space 6 Studios.” It will also serve as the training ground for our Pop-Up, emergency preparedness, and international cultural exchange efforts.
