We welcome you to the initial rollout of our new interactive website for Space 6 Studios, LLC. In addition to the website rollout, we have dedicated a special overview of the official announcement of our Notice-to-Proceed to the pre-development analysis phase of our 10-plus acres site in Huntersville, North Carolina. This site is under the ownership and control of our Development Team. This site will be real estate developed for an agricultural gardening, research, and training farm. It will also accommodate our new “Nerve Center” stateside for our Coastal Communities Initiative Proving Grounds.

This site is owned and controlled by our development partner and will serve as Space 6 Studios’ “Nerve Center” for our year-round, urban, and vertical agricultural farm and gardens advanced research, planning, design, and training. It will also serve as a proving ground for the practical application, display, and usage of our easy-to-apply sustainable technologies, architectural and natural environment – public spaces initiatives which will support our new thinking for the real estate development of our Sustainable Urban Villages (SUVs) in coastal and communities - worldwide. This site development will inform and support our real estate development efforts which is the focus of our six studios – Space 6 Studios. It will also be the training and testing ground for our Pop-up, emergency preparedness, climate change initiatives, and international cultural exchange efforts.
