Massage Therapy Benefits According to the 2007 National Health Interview Survey, which included a comprehensive survey of CAM use by Americans, an estimated 18 million U.S. adults and 700,000 children had received massage therapy in the previous year.
People use massage for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.

These sessions promote adopting the mindset to absorb the impact of these events before and after they occur. It will also set the community on a trajectory to provide for the sustainability of their community without the significant reliance on forces outside their control.

Our approach is to help address the chaos, mental disorganization, and despair that follows public emergencies and disasters. Our Pop-up immersion sessions ensure that we set communities on a mental and emotional path to facilitate building resiliency in the community.

We provide the infrastructure for emotional and mental adjustments required to enable the absorption of the impact in real time. And that everyone in the immediate community can participate.

One of our key leaders in our health and wellness has been helping people worldwide with treatments as a Reiki Healing and as a Access Bars Practitioner for many years. Her holistic energy therapies are ancient healing techniques that help people recover from & prevent illnesses like depression, anxiety symptoms, and even chronic pain. We believe these therapies should be provided during and post-emergency as part of our in-community health and wellness initiatives.

Community gardening to facilitate hands-on demonstrations and education for early childhood and seniors of the designated communities. Indoor-outdoor, weather-protected, multi-use space will also support our “Boot Camp”-type programs specializing in residential healthy food growth, production and preparation, live/live-streamed kitchen demonstrations, health and wellness initiatives, advanced research in easy-to-apply sustainable technologies including cooking with small and large solar ovens.
Our initial Proof of Concept focus is to provide training, seminars, workshops, Boot Camp/Immersion training sessions. We look to lay the initial groundwork for our development of a new state-of-the-arts community business incubator and virtual space resources for local small and micro-businesses. We are intent on ensuring the immediate cross-training with our U.S-based community-based training efforts. Critical to our training is to train and demonstrate the ongoing efficient use of our new onsite gardens, healthy food cooking, massage therapy and healthy indoor/outdoor environmentally friendly space amenities for business, community, local and international use/exchange, emergency preparedness, etc.

Brief demonstrations can teach wellness, and nutrition by incorporating access to healthy herbs and vegetables by growing food in vertical gardening systems in an urban environment on porches, patios, apartment balconies, backyards, rooftops, etc.

Our approach is to introduce innovative ways to grow crops through research and training through programs that will offer skills development workshops on entrepreneurship, urban food production, master gardening, food preparation, healthy eating habits, obesity and diabetes prevention, exercise, food safety, and sanitation certification.
Our partnerships enable us to include a community-specific onsite commercial kitchen that will also link support for in-community urban food production and food processing to provide residents and businesses with effective food demonstrations, nutritional education, food service handling, and preparation and food service certifications.

The programs will also demonstrate how to generate robust sustainable residential solar and sustainable technology measures on a residential level including the development of “Emergency Preparedness Kits”using individual vertical agriculture gardens for food source, sustainable systems (i.e.solar generators, large and small solar oven units, solar and sustainable electricity generating systems, portable water filters, internet connectivity thru wireless and sustainable IT systems, etc.).
