Community-Specific Objectives

In support of establishing robust Sustainable Urban Villages/Enclaves (“Hub within the Village”) within community-specific coastal regions worldwide, our efforts are structured:

To increase the capacity of the existing small and micro-businesses in our designated Proof-of-Concept area, particularly in the healthy food source and production area for access by the immediate food service providers.

To ensure a robust international collaboration & cultural exchange environment. Establishing a community-driven international marketplace accessibility on handheld and mobile devices.

To respond to a growing need for training and public education in order to address the effects of current and impending climate change effects, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, etc.

To provide the design, engineering and construction innovation beyond bricks and mortar – public spaces that are required to address local neighborhood, increased awareness/ emergency preparedness, advanced research, regular use of easy-to-apply sustainable technologies, and workforce development initiatives. Teaming with some of the most notable US-based universities, regional and international university partners.

To facilitate the creation of a sustainable urban and coastal neighborhood/enclave by strengthening our local undeveloped, underdeveloped, and “upscale” at-risk community partners with increased local capacity, and support infrastructure to promote the building of resiliency within the community through the advanced research, training, and practical (real-time) application of sustainable technologies, community-based training, and education initiatives/programs.
