North Coast Academy, Dominican Republic

Our North Coast Academy site was designed to be transformed into our state-of-the-art IT technology, solar, sustainable technology, advanced research, training- certifications, and international workforce development “Nerve Center” for the Caribbean region. Although we were not able to acquire our initial selected site at the old Ocean Sands Casino building and site (shown below), pre-pandemic.

However, our extensive research during the initiation of the pre-development analysis and our site adaptability approach means that multiple sites in this coastal north coastal community are well-suited for a new selection of sites – post-pandemic. We look to facilitate the restart our pre-development analysis, site selection and acquisition in early 2026.
