Our prototype real estate development proposal is to create a sustainable urban enclave within the Ward 4 community, an underserved and underdeveloped pocket of Upper Georgia Avenue corridor.
Our approach is suited to provide healthy food source, environmentally friendly public multi-use spaces, and the practical application of new sustainable technologies training required to support the 31 plus small and micro-business within this one block designated area.
As a series of pre-development initiatives, we have spent the previous four to five years planning, and conducting community needs analysis in advance of this development proposal, specifically, in underdeveloped and underserved pockets of Ward 4.
We created an immediate resource network of small/micro-businesses within specific pockets of the immediate communities to utilize easy-to-apply sustainable technologies to support and drive localize economic initiatives.
