One Block International Markplace (OBIM)

Our prototype real estate development proposal aims to create a “Sustainable Urban Village/Enclave” within the Ward 4 Community. We designated an underserved and underdeveloped pocket of the Upper Georgia Avenue Corridor. This site would include year-around healthy food source, environmentally friendly public multi-use spaces, and the practical application of new easy-to-applysustainable technologies that will also promote the training required to support the community-specific 31-plus small and micro-businesses within this one block designated area - disaster, public emergencies, and climate change events.
