Prototype In-Community Residential Health & Wellness Zen Treatment and Training Space

Since our site is located immediately adjacent to the designated aforementioned Kensington Sector Plantargeted area, and less than five minutes from the current location of the Kaiser Permanente Health Center,we look to establish prototype residential small-scale space for use to facilitate preventive care via health and wellness initiatives that are seamlessly integrated into existing and proposed new community health and well resources.   

Collectively, these resources will serve as our foundation of support in building sustainable communitiesintegrated into ongoingpreventive care health and wellness programs/training that are portable and easy to access and located in community-specific areas of local, regional, national and international communities. We are introducing our current development efforts that includes our planning, design, pre-development due diligence for this proof-of-concept.

Our programs and initiatives, through this development, are designed to be a low maintenance, non-obtrusive addition to the immediate community. And will focus on user-friendly mobile applications to keep all local residentsinformed of onsite workshops, interaction with homeowners, business owners, and the general community at-large.
