Paul is one of our collaborative real estate development partners, and a leader in the strategic planning, training, and construction of our Pop-up Events, as well as the development of our real estate projects, including Sustainable Urban Villages and Enclaves.
Paul recently enter into the private industry where is level of experience with small residential to large mixed-up developments is key to the success of our Pop-up event structures to ensure the community-specific aspect of our in-community training and demonstrations.
Our ongoing community engagement strategy will be buttress by Paul's extensive experience he acquired during his tenure at federal, state and local agencies. His education, and experience in architecture, project management, and construction management are coupled with his 20-plus years working directly with various community-specific areas in the District of Columbia during his tenure at the Department of Housing and Community Development. He brings a unique skill set to our community outreach and engagement.
Paul has a two-year degree in architectural engineering, and a five-year professional Bachelor of Architecture degree. He will lead the effort to establish our basic awareness training of community-specific journeyman
Our basic awareness training of construction technicians will specifically advise tradesmen in good practice on how to make an existing poorly-built building stronger and hazard resistant, rather than focusing on new construction. Further, it addresses the limited understanding about what can be done to improve seismic resistance of existing buildings, while also including hurricane resistance characteristics.
