Priya will provide our team with the IT support during her completion of the final semesters to obtain her degree at the University of Maryland, and her participation in our training and cultural exchange programs. We look to execute these programs within our pre-event Pop-up and SUV events and developments. She will also inform our cultural exchange efforts with real-time insight on the coastal region of Bangladesh, which is immediately adjacent to the Bay of Bengal that feeds into the Indian Ocean.
In Addition to finishing her Degree in Information Technology at the University of Maryland, she attended Montgomery College for some of her earlier studies. We are looking forward to her insights on the local conditions of her native country regarding disasters, public emergencies, and climate change events in this highly volatile coastal region.
We are planning to develop well-researched, planned, and designed Pop-up and Sustainable Urban Villages that specifically apply to this region. Priya will also help inform our design of sustainable agricultural programs for this region, including vertical and year-round systems that address the critical issue of food security and the immediate and systematic growth and production of community-specific healthy food sources, specifically, during disasters, public emergencies, and climate change events. These programs are being developed for application in coastal regions around the world.
We'd love to hear from you! If you have any questions or want to learn more about our Coastal Communities Initiative.
