Our prototype real estate development of Sustainable Urban Villages (SUVs) and Enclaves is designed as a mixed-use, international marketplace. They are developed for community-specific healthy food growth, production, and service, information technology, solar, and easy-to-apply sustainable technologies, small and micro-business, entrepreneurial training and resources, and international cultural exchange environments. This training and resources feature our use of disaster-resistance, portable, indoor/outdoor, low-cost, and multi-use Geodesic Dome technologies. They enable our new community-specific, scalable approach to disasters, public emergencies, and climate change event preparedness.

Our Studios promote “Our past is not our future,” development thinking for the implementation of healthy, environmentally friendly, sustainable communities with a focus on the development of scalable Sustainable Urban Villages and Enclaves that will also enable the immediate implementation of low-cost, portable, disaster-resistant spaces for public emergencies, disasters, and climate events. Specifically in coastal and adjacent communities.

Our studios serve as an ongoing technical assistance support structure to provide community-based, nonprofit, faith-based, local, and international governmental entities with the advanced research, planning, design, training, and construction expertise required for the execution of the SUV concept with a scalable approach.

These efforts support the creation of collaborations with local communities, businesses, educational institutions, and governmental entities, driving sustainable economic development, and community-based initiatives in areas of shared interest.

A key focus is on preparing coastal and adjacent communities for increased public emergencies due to natural and man-made disasters, and climate change events.  We look to facilitate the immediate transference of our ongoing, web-based accessible advanced research and training, easy-to-apply sustainable technologies, and the use of robust culture exchange initiatives in the performing arts, entertainment, etc. to inform our planning, design and real estate development of healthy, environmentally friendly and sustainable communities. Space 6 Studios refers to these efforts as establishing a community-specific "Hub within the Village.”
