
Our program management is focused on training community-specific stakeholders to operate and manage the majority of disasters and public emergencies preparedness programs implemented in the designated area during our pre-event Pop-up events. This will improve the community-based interface with First Responders, local and international disaster relief stakeholders.
The intent is to use and implement easy-to-apply IT systems that are already ubiquitous throughout communities, and establish the same access and support across multiple sites using their custom-made Program Management infrastructure.
